SPRING IS IN THE AIR: "WINDS TAKE FLIGHT"
April 17, 2012
_BURLINGTON, VERMONT
Granted, it has been an exceptionally mild winter here in Vermont, but who doesn't look forward to the bright spring daffodils and hyacinths, and the return of the songbirds? We are celebrating spring with a concert on Tuesday, April 17th at 12 noon, part of the Tuesday 12-1 Series at The Cathedral Church of St. Paul in Burlington, presented by Cathedral Arts.
Save the dates! Our regular season concludes with performances from May 23-26th featuring two masterpieces of the chamber music repertoire: Mozart's Quintet for Piano and Winds (1784) and Ludwig Thuille's Sextet for Piano and Wind Quintet (1888).
We'll be presenting this outstanding program in St. Albans, St. Johnsbury, Montpelier and Middlebury, Vermont. Please visit our Performances page for details.
